Return and cancellation policy


  1. If the Lessee fails to pay the rent within the period set out in this Agreement, the Lessee's access to the Warehouse shall be blocked. Upon the Tenant's settlement of its obligations to the Landlord, the Landlord shall restore the Tenant's access to the Warehouse.
  2. The Parties may terminate this Warehouse Lease early by giving 15 (fifteen) days' written notice to the other Party. The Lessor shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and unilaterally if the Lessee is in breach of its obligations under this Agreement, including if the presence of unauthorised property in the Warehouse is established. 
  3. For each day of delay in payment, the Lessee shall be liable to a penalty of 0.5 % (zero point five percent) of the unpaid amount. If the delay in payment exceeds 10 (ten) calendar days, the Lessor shall be entitled to unilaterally withdraw from this Agreement.
  4.  In the event of termination of this Agreement, the Lessee shall be obliged to fully vacate the Warehouse and deliver it to the Lessor not later than on the day following the expiry of the lease term.
  5. If the Lessee fails to surrender the Warehouse to the Lessor within the period specified in its written notice or upon expiry of the term of the agreement, the Lessor shall have the right to take sole possession of the Warehouse. The Lessor shall have the right to move the Lessee's belongings to the Lessor's common warehouse or common area. The Lessor shall be entitled to invoice the Lessee for the loading and storage of the Lessee's goods in the Lessor's common warehouse or area at double the rate set out in Clause 2 of the Agreement, pro rata to the time of storage. 
  6. The Tenant's property shall be transferred to the Tenant after the Tenant has paid all invoices issued by the Landlord. The Lessor shall not be liable for the Lessee's property
  7. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of the Agreement and these Rental Terms and Conditions, concerning the breach, termination or validity thereof, shall be settled in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia by a court of general jurisdiction based on the registered office of the Lessor.
  8. All notices in connection with the Warehouse Lease Agreement and the terms and conditions thereof shall be in writing and shall be given to the other party at the e-mail address provided by it. The communication shall be deemed to have been received on the next working day following its dispatch.
